Andrew Hanson

Software Engineer

Software engineer with a thing for backend systems, AI-integrated applications, and infrastructure that holds up under pressure. I build for the edge cases, not just the happy path.

About

Informatics graduate at Indiana University South Bend, focused on systems design, scalable backends, and building things that hold up. I care about schemas that don't break and APIs that won't surprise.

Previously president of the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at IUSB, member of the Honors Program, and recently selected from 3,000+ applicants for a Stanford Faculty Mentorship Cohort. Selected part of Stanford's Code In Place.
